VitalizeNow

Daniella Vita has worked hard to get to where she is and maybe she can do something to work from you.
From her site
"Health Counseling is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. As a Health Counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life. In addition, I have personal experience with weight loss and have lost over 100 pounds by changing my lifestyle and dietary habits.
While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals."

Asher Roth - Lark On My Go-Cart
He goes really in on this. I enjoy the hell out of this track driving. I am going to get the album. I have a feeling he's going to bring it. He makes so many references that bring me back here.

THC - Their biggest show(so far)
My friends 'THC' were invited to open for Nas. Here's the vid of their road trip where you can see them and their backup dancers backstage, eating a new type of bacon, facing a dilemma and of course opening for Nas. Check it to catch em.
